Tim and Christine bought the farm in 1994 and moved to the farm in 1997. Tim was raised in a logging family and decided that he should grow Christmas trees to supply education and work for his family. They began planting Christmas trees in 2000. They learnt the trade from retiring Christmas tree growers. Tim and Christine joined the Christmas Tree Growers Association of Ontario and have continued learning and networking with growers from across the province. This is a family business where everyone in involved in planting, spraying, pruning and harvesting of the trees. Tim and Christine have since developed a secondary business of landscaping and spading trees for subdivisions in towns and on farms.
